Joanna works with lino and wood to create original prints and cards.  Her work is inspired by the beautiful countryside surrounding her home in Glastonbury, Somerset.

Since 2020, Joanna has been creating ink drawings of her surroundings - both real and imagined places. These were on display along with her printmaking at Somerset Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury from May to July 2021 as part of her solo exhibition called “A Sense of Place”.

Joanna's next exhibition - "The Shape of Trees" - will be at ACE Arts in Somerton during Somerset Art Works Open Studios fortnight (18 September - 2 October 2021).  Original ink drawings, paper sculptures, lino and wood cut prints focusing on Somerset trees and plants will be on display.
